Yes! You’ve done it! You’ve made it to the half way mark of #THECE8WC. You may not think it too much of a big deal, but it is, it really is – and let us tell you why…

Four weeks of eating well and working out consistently takes serious commitment. Staying consistent up until now has meant you’ve had to stay organised, stay focused and find a new normal as you put your goals first. And every week that has ticked by, you’ve shown yourself that it can be done. But most importantly, you’ve shown yourself that you can do it. And you know what that means? It means you now know what it takes, you’ve done it for four straight weeks, so you’ve just got to do it for four straight more. Because just imagine how proud you’ll be, come Week 8 when you’ve reached your goal and can definitively say that it was you and you alone who got yourself there.
