Featured in Vogue Australia and Harper’s Bazaar, Melbourne based Chantelle Price is fast becoming one of Australia’s hottest models. This bubbly blue-eyed beauty recognises the importance of the lifestyle approach to health, and staying truly healthy all year round. Here, Chantelle talks to us about what being one of The CE Women means to her.
What does being one of “The CE Women” mean to you?
I get to help inspire others while getting to use The Body Guide myself! To promote fitness and health.
What does being ‘truly healthy’ mean to you?
Healthy mind + healthy body.
What do you love about The Body Guide?
It gives woman guidance, inspiration and motivation to get to their healthiest self with just a few easy steps and lots of fantastic information and guides.
The CE loves to celebrate inspirational women. Who inspires you, and why?
Gigi Hadid. She ticks off goal after goal, very motivational to see a hard working, determined girl absolutely killing the modelling industry!
What does a typical day in the life of Chantelle Price look like?
For me each day is different! With a busy work schedule from photo shoots, casting and meetings, visits to the agency, fittings and runway shows. Fitting in time for a walk and catching up with friends in between!
Why is your health a priority for you?
Not only is it a priority for me to be healthy but also for work, to keep a positive energy going during my crazy weeks, and if I feel better about myself and my body I feel more confident in front of the camera and happier about my body.
What makes you feel confident?
Feeling good about my body, if I eat healthier on a regular basis my body appreciates it and that makes me feel good about myself. But I do love a sweet treat every now and then!
What’s your favourite quote, and why?
“For success attitude is equally as important as ability.” This is a great quote and I think it’s very important to have a positive attitude in life, it helps with work, fitness, relationships and you will always feel clear minded having a healthy attitude and wanting to be the best you can be.
De-stressing, recovering and taking the time to regenerate is often an overlooked aspect of health. What is your ‘go-to’ regeneration activity?
Going for a morning walk to clear my head and prepare for the day! Getting fresh air is the best!
Having ‘strength’ can mean so many things…what does it mean to you?
I think mental strength is very important and powerful. To be strong willed and be able to have a voice.
What’s the best piece of advice you would give to women today?
If you believe in yourself you can do extraordinary things.
