What does being one of “The CE Women” mean to you?

Being one of The CE Woman allows me to feel confident in the direction and path I’m currently navigating.

What does being ‘truly healthy’ mean to you?

For me being truly healthy encompasses an awareness of body, movement happiness and a balanced relationship with food.

What do you love about The Body Guide & Handbook?

The Body Guide & Handbook, breaks things down into 4 categories, Mindset, Nutrition, Fitness and Regeneration. My current go to sections are Mindset and Nutrition.

The CE loves to celebrate inspirational women. Who inspires you, and why?

I’m inspired by so many women from fashion to fitness, yoga, dance and beyond.
Misty Copeland, Grace Coddington, Phoebe Philo, FKA twigs & Tara Stiles are just a few women that I currently take inspiration from.

 

What’s the best piece of advice you would give to women today?

  1. Be impeccable with your word.
  2. Don’t take anything personally.
  3. Don’t make assumptions.

Yoga, a strong body, a healthy relationship, perhaps a new pair or trainers could work!!!

I’m really patient so when I read this I wondered if perhaps I shouldn’t be waiting for things to fall in my lap rather seeking, putting myself out there and feeling confident in my ideas and projects.

De-stressing, recovering and taking the time to regenerate is often an overlooked aspect of health. What is your ‘go-to’ regeneration activity?

Yoga and meditation.

A daily yoga practice and even just ensuring I spend a certain amount of time alone each day.

Having ‘strength’ can mean so many things…what does it mean to you?

Strength for me is confidence, strength to speak up, say yes or no, be honest in your answers and go towards the direction of your goals with your own choices and experience, strength is not needing the advice from others and being confident if your decisions.
